Cauliflower is incredibly versatile and this little dish is perfect with eggs, a side salad such as coleslaw or used as a side dish, snack or entree.

Veggie burgers were often made fun of in my teen years (being the only vegetarian in the family), however, there are so many delicious recipes, many coming super close to tasting like meat as well.
